Fibromyalgia: Education and Research

In my efforts at managing my Fibromyalgia and other chronic condition symptoms, I have discovered the impact different foods have on how I feel. This article lays out 10 non-fibro friendly foods that I thought was interesting and that others may find interesting and educational as well. Enjoy! :)
